Getting the week started


The sun is finally out on this Monday morning and that makes me happy! I woke up a bit early so I could have time for my morning routine before I go into work for a few hours. I had an omelet with 4 egg whites, 1/4c chopped broccoli and a sprinkle of cheese.


I've packed some plain nonfat yogurt w berries for a morning snack and a grilled chicken salad with peas for lunch.

I'm looking forward to my weekly Whole Foods trip, a run, and yoga this afternoon / evening. All-in-all it should be a pretty nice (and sunny) day.
